The SR-101 FEIS was drafted in 1993 to review Washington State Department of Transportation's proposal to create a new highway bypass around the city of Sequim and improve a portion of SR-101 between Sequim and Port Angeles. The purpose of this addendum is to provide additional information concerning wetland impacts, proposed compensatory mitigation, cultural resource investigations and document a roadway design change in the vicinity of Simdars Road.
