The wells were purged and sampled between September 19 and September 21, 1990 in accordance with procedures specified in the Draft Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP), Fort Dix Follow-on Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study, prepared by Dames & Moore. The sample containers were labeled, packed on ice in coolers, and shipped overnight with completed chain-of-custody forms to ESE for chemical analysis.
