Additions to the Active and Inactive Lists of permissible explosives will be published from time to time as Reports of Investigations. There were 148 Explosives on the permissible list on January 1, During the succeeding 14% months 13 explosives were added to the list and 10 explosives were dropped from the active permissible list and placed on the inactive list of permissible explosives.
