Book excerpt: The method developed to investigate asymptotics of forming structures with quantum properties is based on extended interpretation of the principle of uncertainty with regard to the space of object sizes and on kinetic concept about growth of these objects from small structural embryos. It can be used to obtain adequate estimates for characterizing formation of subnuclear particles and nuclei, nano-and mesostructures, astrophysical and cosmological objects. Under the proposed kinetic approach the principles of uncertainty and absolute certainty mutually complement each other.
