Xxii., is an Official record7 Of the transactions of the Institute. It is published on the first Of each month from December to July inclusive, in advance of and in addition to th on annual volume of Proceedings, and contains reports of Papers and discus sions, elections of Fellows, donations to the Library, notices of new books presented to the Library, and Official announcements of the Institute. The Journal is Sent to each Fellow, thus assuring a circulation throughout the British Empire Of copies a month, or about copies a year.
