In June 1995, being called of God and having met all requirements of ministry study, Dr. Harper became an Ordained Minister with special ceremonies of ordination from Dr. Frederick K. C. Price of Crenshaw Christian Center of Los Angeles, California. She received an Honorary Doctorate of Letter in Religious Humanities and also holds a Master of Arts Degree in Christian Counseling.
