Second choice, costing percent more to install and percent more to own and Operate, was to use a central system in each of the four buildings (situation III). Least desirable was to have each firm buy its own individual refrigeration system (situation I). This would cost percent more to install and percent more to own and operate than the single central system, and it would not provide heating and air conditioning for offices.
