The first chapter assesses the role of liquidity constraints on retirement saving. The second chapter evaluates the impact of pension reform on formal sector labor supply. Finally, the third chapter appraises the revenue and distributional effects of a potential tax reform that can diminish distortions and disincentives to saving.
