These gentlemen did not over-estimate the value of the Report alluded to. For a long time to come, it will be regarded as a standard Document, to which those ignorant of the history of our Schools may refer for information. The character and the length of that Report very much lightened the labors of the Committee of last year, and will produce the same effect on those of the Committee of this year.
