A committee of the whole were appointed to audit the accounts, and books of ex-secretary S. J. Wilson, which were found correct. Amount on hand, which was turned over to Secretary-elect Ed S. Powers. Representatives were present from Saginaw and Flint and extended invitations to hold the next meeting in their respective cities. After debating the matter for some time, it was moved the subject of next meeting place be laid on the table.
