All three meetings were well attended, although a good many municipalities and townships failed to send delegates in spite of the mandatory character of the law, for the violation of which, however, there is no penalty. The proceedings of the January meeting were printed in full, and those of the two other meetings in part, in the Ohio Sanitary Bulletin, and distributed among the various boards of health.
