W. Rogers and seconded by Mr. J. H. Raymond, that the Business Agent be requested to close into Endowment Accounts all the real estate that the University now owns, and that he hereafter charge into this account all expenses-made on account of unimproved real estate, and also keep the account with the improved property, so that the expenses shall form a part of the current expense account.
